Perfect. I cannot agree with all of the negative reviews. What can the operator do for Corona regulations? Then eat at home - or can't you cook people? Was served very well so far (as far as it is possible in Corona times).

Sometimes I feel really screwed in heli how often you have already received the wrong things or sometimes have to wait 10-15 minutes until the smallest orders are placed. The last 5 cars were processed while we were waiting. Fast food is different

Also that I didn't get a burger enough or the toy from the Happy Meal was missing, which made the child very sad. So check on site whether you have everything.

You should be able to see that you can only pay by card at the drive in before entering the drive in somewhere. And it's great that the employees wear gloves on the reader, but the customers have to enter the PIN one after the other. Where is the protection of customers? And no, it wasn't disinfected beforehand. And after entering it, you pack the food. The hygiene is not fully conceived. Too bad.

Worst McDonsls I've ever seen. The alleged shift supervisor almost to the waiting customer stands with his face in front of the customer's and says he should keep his distance. As a man he draws his attention to the fact that he should first keep his distance and keep his hands to himself, he freaks out and insults the customer and gives him the house ban like poor. It is astonishing how negligent the operators of such local operations are. People have no idea what they are doing, especially at such a time it is important not to be greedy for money but to act in a socially conscious manner. Make the employees aware that the rule not only applies to the customer but also or especially for the employees is of elementary importance. Dear operator, money is not everything.

The slowest drive-in from McDonals that I got to know. The quality of the coffee was even worse ... I thought it was always the same - somehow not here. There is still room for improvement. Would like to stop more often as it's always on the way to appointments ...

Is currently far too complicated for me. The machine order just drives me crazy and it takes a lot longer than normal.

So far, we have been to this branch regularly on long trips and are always disappointed about the endless waiting for our food. You can't complain about the food itself, it tastes like in all branches. But it cannot be that we have to wait 20 minutes each time for such extraordinary orders as cheeseburger and chicken mcnugget. Today our milkshake and McFlurry were ready for about 5 minutes while the cheeseburgers were still being prepared. Makes little sense when ice melts ... The hygiene in the toilets also leaves a lot to be desired. Decision made by us: in the future we will stock up elsewhere for the small snack in between.

Only drive in used, but some things were not carried out correctly when ordering: such as paid chocolate sauce and mayo. It was corrected after a complaint, but do I have to check everything myself to get what I ordered? Is that good service?

As soon as you come in to order something to take away from the order board, someone immediately rushes to you and then another with a slip of paper asking for your name, address and telephone number! According to the Hessian Corona Ordinance, name, address and telephone number must only be given when consumed on site, i.e. in the (!) Restaurant! So that was the last time there! Don't overdo it with the corona spook!

I've been eating here for 15 years ~ once a month. As far as I can remember, the food was never bad. The staff was always largely friendly and courteous. I would rather give it a 5-star rating, but the tables are not always clean and the food is sometimes a little too long in the counter. So I subtract one star.

When I was there a dirty place was waiting for me. But not only my place, but also other places and the toilets did not look very clean. The food was a long time after ordering and then came after about 10 minutes. Payment by card, however, worked without problems. The food itself was delicious.
